Completed working on the new HMRC city centre building for Derry's M&E in September 2025. Smartlec not only completed the original scope of containment, power and lighting packages for the level 4 and level 6 floorplates. We then installed the full roof packages on both sides of the building installing all the LV/MV switchroom containment, external containment and roof lighting as additional works. Carrying out the works on the floorplates as per detailed design specification and drawings, Smartlec also helped with the additional design of the roof containment with some dynamic assessment and installation required on areas that proved troublesome from a design perspective. Work was completed as per programme with no delays and no HSE or Quality issues
