Currently working on the new HMRC city centre building for Derry's M&E. Smartlec have the full containment, power and lighting packages for the level 4 and level 6 floorplates. Carrying out the works as per detailed design specification and drawings, Smartlec are currently 4 weeks ahead of plan of works schedule with zero QAQC fall backs ensuring the package is delivered to the client in an efficient and dedicated approach.
